Your employee ID
Physical security is of central importance to us. It begins with access to the building. As an employee of DZ BANK, you have a valid employee ID card for access to your office building. Always carry it with you when moving around the building. This also applies to short distances, for example between the workplace and the meeting room.
If you lose your ID card, please report the loss immediately to your local ID card office.
Please note: In certain security zones, different access restrictions also apply to DZ BANK employees.
External guests
Are you expecting external guests, for example for a meeting? Pick them up in person at the front desk. If your guests have received a visitor's ID card, they should wear it in plain view. Outsiders are not allowed to move around the building unsupervised. Handle confidential data with care and ensure that no information is left behind in the meeting rooms. At the end of the appointment, escort your guests back to the building exit, where they will also return their visitor ID badges.
Unauthorised persons
Do you have the feeling you’re being followed? It may be possible that an unauthorised person is trying to get through the access system with you. Make sure that the entrances close completely behind you. If someone slips through with you, call the building security or report it to the staff at reception.
